M. Bradford Foley Chairman and CEO, Foley & Associates M. Bradford Foley is the Chairman and CEO of Foley & Associates, and the President of Foley Strategies, a consulting, government relations, and communications firm specializing in policy and appropriations solutions for the advancement of military and national security capabilities, and Gannet International, an unmanned aerial systems (UAS), sensor, and data transfer technologies management company that consults State governments, domestic municipalities, commercial, and private sector clients on the administration and future integration of UAS into the national airspace and flight management system.

Mr. Foley was a consultant and government relations representative for Fabiani & Company where he was responsible for securing federal funding and forging public sector partnerships for companies involved in mission critical defense programs and technologies.

Previously, he served as Senior Defense and Foreign Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Mark Pryor. In this position, he advised Senator Pryor on national  security issues in relation to his work on the Senate Armed Services Committee and Senate Appropriations Committee.

Mr. Foley was a pilot with the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command supporting worldwide contingency operations, including 114 combat missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Serving in the Air Force Reserve with the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Capabilities Directorate, he also holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

He has a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Arts in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Foley has taught at the American University Washington College of Law, was lauded by the Washingtonian as one of the Top 40 Most Influential Under 40, and is a recipient of the National Guard’s Minuteman Award. He is also a member of The Spectrum Group, the Air Commando Association, the Air Force Association, the Association of the United States Army, and the Florida State Society.

He resides with his wife Kristen and son Connor in Alexandria, VA.
