Woodbridge, Virginia – January 10, 2018 – MAG Aerospace has been awarded the AFSOC JTAC/SUAS PM contract valued at approximately $7M taking place over 22 months. Along with OBXTek Inc. and Oscar-Deuce LLC, MAG will provide Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Small Unmanned Aerial System (SUAS) Program Managers (PM) for all CONUS and OCONUS AFSOC Special Tactics Squadrons.

These units consisting of Combat Controllers, Pararescuemen, Tactical Air Control Parties (TACPs) and Special Operations Weather Technicians (SOWTs) are the United States Air Forces (USAFs) Special Operations Ground Forces and work with sister service SOF elements providing Close Air Support, ISR, and JTAC training/oversight provided by MAG Aerospace, will enable these Airmen to employ lethal and non-lethal effects on the battlefield, achieve our national objectives, and aid in the safe return of our special operators.
