October 6th, 2014: Momentum Aviation Group is pleased to announce Mark Fallon as the newest member of our Board of Advisors. Mr. Fallon brings his knowledge & experience in national security, counterintelligence, and law enforcement to the MAG team. We’re honored to have Mr. Fallon on-board and are looking forward to the influence & perspective he brings to MAG.

Mr. Fallon is the Director of ClubFed LLC, where he provides consulting services on national security matters to clients ranging from US law enforcement and intelligence community agencies, international NGOs, and research institutions.  He is also the Chair of the US Government’s High Value Detainee Interrogation Group (HIG) Research Committee, and has appeared on CNN, NBC News, Fox News and the BBC, among others, as a subject matter expert on national security and investigative matters.  Additionally, Mr. Fallon serves as the Vice Chair for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) IMPACT Executive Committee, and has also served on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) Board and the Board of Governors for the DOD Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA).

Previously, Mr. Fallon was the Senior Vice President for Learning and Knowledge Development with the Soufan Group, where he was responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of an investigative training program for clients within the federal law enforcement community and international counterparts.  Before assuming this position, Mr. Fallon was the Assistant Director for Training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), where, as a member of the DHS Senior Executive Service (SES), he led FLETC’s largest directorate and trained investigators and law enforcement personnel from DHS, US federal law enforcement organizations, state and local agencies, and international organizations.

Mr. Fallon served as a special agent with NCIS for twenty-seven years before this and held a variety of positions from street agent to Special Agent in Charge, as well as the Deputy Assistant Director for Counterterrorism and Deputy Assistant Director for Training.  He has been involved in some of the most significant counterterrorism investigations in recent US history, including the investigation of Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman (known as “the Blind Sheik), the attack on the USS Cole and after the attacks of September 11th, he was appointed as the Deputy Commander and Special Agent in Charge of the DOD task force created to investigate the al-Qa’ida terrorist network for trials before military commissions.  His awards include the NCIS Special Operations Commendation, the Department of the Navy Superior Civilian Service Award and Medal, US Secret Service Director’s Honor Award, the Department of Defense Award for Most Outstanding Antiterrorism Action/Innovation and Special Award for Counterintelligence, and the Common Cause Commendation for Uncommon Courage.
